This project will result in the construction of a new building to be used as care home for the elderly, located in the hills of Alassio. The three-storey building will have 48 beds, as well as communal facilities.
The building will be handed over to the Borough Council of Alassio, in conjunction with the signed agreement for renovating three buildings in the Poggio Fiorito area.
