Our head office in the old CEAT factory
In May 2008 DE-GA S.p.a moved its offices to the building that up until the 1970s was the site of the CEAT tyre factory.
The building is located on the edge of the historic city centre, between Corso Regio Parco and Corso Palermo, near the Dora river, in an area which saw industrial expansion during the early 1900s and which today offers high potential for regeneration as residential property and office space.
The renovation was done using innovative systems, such as the use of ground water for summer air conditioning and under-floor heating panels which, together with construction technology and special materials (ventilated walls clad in Alucobond, low-e, electrochromic windows) contributed to excellent results in terms of energy efficiency.
The courtyard, 2,500sqm in size, is not accessible by car and is used as a garden by the building's residents.
