This new 4-star hotel was constructed on an open space in the 'Santo Stefano' area, in front of the cathedral and near the Torri Palatine.
The hotel, run by the Spanish NH Hoteles chain, comprises 125 rooms and has around 8,000 m2 of surface area.
During its construction, four underground garage floors with 500 parking places were created, 390 of which are open to the public and 110 privately owned.
Furthermore a student halls of residence was created, comprising 100 beds in an area of 3,500 m2.
