The company constructed one of the first integrated housing estates in the suburbs of Turin at Vinovo.
The estate included 400 apartments located in detached buildings of 4/6 flats each, with parkland, schools, a shopping centre, sports centre with indoor pool and tennis courts, as well as a church.
