Villaggio San Giacomo is one of the residential districts constructed by DE-GA in the hills of Turin. It comprises 20 three-storey apartment blocks and 22 detached homes surrounded by countryside, with a constructed surface area of 30,000 m2. The estate boasts sports facilities and a primary school.
