From 1988 to 1998, DE-GA, which had previously worked on a few minor restoration projects in Turin's historic centre, was involved in an urban regeneration project covering a large part of the historic, Roman part of the city.
Over the decade, the company completed part of the local government's Restoration Plan involving the four blocks between Piazza Emanuele Filiberto, Via Bellezia, Via Santa Chiara and Via delle Orfane.
Also working on neighbouring areas, DE-GA undertook the restoration of 30,000 m2 of residential and commercial buildings, creating private parking areas under courtyards and a leased parking area for 200 cars under Piazza Emanuele Filiberto.

Thanks also to street furniture improvements carried out by the local authority, this project is now recognised as a model for regenerating  rundown areas in historic city centres.
Below is a list of some of the most important projects undertaken:
_San Giacomo block
_San Michele block
_San Liborio block
_Santa Cecilia block
_San Biagio block (1996-1998)
_San Biagio block (1990-1992)
_San Pancrazio block
