This project - which was completed in partnership with another company - was one of the most important restorations of a private building in Turin's historic city centre.
The building, which dates from the end of the 1600s, and is listed by the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, is an example of Baroque architecture of great historic value and was carefully renovated. The project also involved the removal of more recent additions and the creation of a new steel and glass construction in the second courtyard, used as office space. The building's use is divided between apartments, offices and a cultural centre on the ground floor (previously the headquarters of the 'Circolo degli Artisti' club). A partly-mechanised garage was created underground, with 180 parking spaces.
