EX-MANIFATTURA PARACCHI FACTORY

Constructed in the early 1900s, this building was used for manufacturing textiles up until the 1980s.
The buildings were well preserved and featured a particularly interesting location, spaces and areas, as well as the large number of windows which made the interior extremely well-lit.
The conversion project created 5,000 m² of offices,  1,000 m² of apartments and 700 m² of shops.
Garages were created on the ground floor.
