The part of the building converted into apartments occupies the part of the plot facing Corso Vercelli, while a LIDL supermarket was built at the back, which also has access from Via Cerano.
The building, with a flat roof, brick façade and unglazed klinker tiles, is nine storeys high, plus a 'pilotis' floor.
The garages are underground.
