In an area near the Cathedral, on a plot damaged during the Second World War in bombing raids, DE-GA constructed a new building which incorporates the remains of the previous building for EDISU Piemonte (the Regional Association for the Right to University Education).
The building includes 70 student rooms plus common rooms.
A separate 70-space multistorey car park was created under the building.
