The Salesian  Society headquarters, previously used as accommodation for members of the order and partly for students, was converted to create 95 student bedrooms.
A car park for 40 cars was built under the courtyard.
The project also involved the restoration of the façade and roof of the Church of San Giovanni Evangelista next door.
