Since the 1960s, our most significant projects have been residential villages on the hills of Turin, the Vinovo satellite village with integrated services and housing estates in Rivoli.
From the late 1980s on, the company has committed itself to the restoration of Turin's historic city centre, the most interesting part of which was the regeneration of the so-called 'quadrilatero romano' from, among other things, an urban planning point of view.
More recently, DE-GA has tackled projects in the commercial distribution sector, in the hospitality sector (the NH Santo Stefano and Art Hotel Olympic hotels), university construction work (student accommodation, offices for the Humanities departments and the Scuola Universitaria per le Biotecnologie using project financing tools), theatre and leisure projects (Venaria's Teatro della Concordia) and the conversion of industrial buildings (the ex-Manifattura Paracchi, ex-Ceat tyres and ex-Tobler factories) into new residential and business properties.
During Turin's 2006 Winter Olympic Games, we helped complete the Media Olympic Village (Spina 3).
